Terms of Service
Last updated 19 October 2026
These terms govern use of Cadence Studio, a social media scheduling and analytics product for creators and businesses, operated by Lachlan Oldfield in Australia, for scheduling and publishing content to YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and X, and reading the analytics of those accounts. By using Cadence Studio you agree to these terms. Contact: lachieold@gmail.com.
1. The service
Cadence Studio lets creators and businesses connect their own social media accounts, write and schedule posts, upload media, publish to connected platforms and view analytics and comments. Access is available to registered users and anyone they invite to their workspace.
2. Your accounts and content
- You may only connect accounts you own or are authorised to manage.
- You keep all rights to your content. You give Cadence permission only to store and send it to the platforms you choose.
- Media storage is limited by plan (Solo 5 GB, Creator 25 GB, Studio 100 GB, Agency 250 GB). Published originals are kept 90 days after their posts finish publishing unless you pin them; pinned media is kept until you delete it.
- You are responsible for making sure your content follows the law and each platform's rules.
3. Third-party platforms
Cadence uses the official APIs of each platform. Your use of those platforms remains subject to their own terms, including the YouTube Terms of Service, the Google Privacy Policy, Meta's Terms, TikTok's Terms of Service and X's Terms of Service. Cadence is not affiliated with or endorsed by any of these platforms.
4. Acceptable use
Do not use Cadence to send spam, break the law, infringe others' rights, or get around platform limits or security measures.
5. Availability
Cadence is provided "as is". Publishing depends on third-party platforms, so posts may occasionally be delayed or fail; failed posts are reported in the app. To the extent the law allows, including the Australian Consumer Law, we are not liable for indirect losses from service interruptions or platform changes.
6. Privacy and deletion
Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy. You can disconnect accounts at any time or ask for deletion as described on the data deletion page.
7. Ending use
You may stop using Cadence at any time. Access may be suspended for misuse. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
8. Changes
Updated terms will be posted on this page with a new date.
